Preliminary Site Visit.

Detailled discussion with client regarding their requirements after which a Functional Specification Sheet is drawn up.

A schematic layout is submitted and a meeting with the client is conducted for a detailed discussionregarding the layout and additions/deletions if any are carried out.

On finalizing the schematic layout, detailed perspective and drawings are submitted to the client to obtain clarity on what exactly is being planned.

Subject to the approval of the final drawings, a discussion with the client is conducted to freeze on all specifications and finishes for the project.
